First morning in Nice, we sleep late and later walk the Promenade des Anglais to the Russian Orthodox Cathedral of St. Nicholas to find it closed. theyweretasty

First morning in Marseilles and Vieux Port, after breakfast we explore a Monoprix, switch hotels, tour Il d’If, and walk to Palais Longchamp. theyweretasty
Change of plans, we leave Barcelona’s La Rambla to travel by train to Marseilles and stay in a swanky room with a view of Vieux Port at sunset. theyweretsasy
Breakfast in Salou, we ride the train back to Barcelona, but too late to explore much other than La Rambla, so we enjoy some burgers and pints. theyweretasty
Regrouping in Barcelona, we meet an interesting fellow, ride the train with him to Reus, and we wind up in Salou with trouble finding a room. theyweretasty
Farewell Cádiz, a tapas luncheon, we catch an overnight train to Barcelona, and meet some interesting people en route as the countryside rolls by. theyweretasty
Leaving Cartajima for Cádiz, we arrive at the coast of the eastern Atlantic Ocean, find a seafaring meal, and an interesting room for the night. theyweretasty
